The only info I can find for this extension is "Output for MicrosoftC".

Not much help there.  If you don't get a specific answer, you'll need to
email the sender and ascertain which program was used to create these
files---it must be some proprietary extension unique to that software.

If you know in general what sort of files these might be (graphic or text)
you might try to open them in some of your appropriate software---eg
Irfanview, Editplus, Word.  Occasionally that will work, but I guess you've
already tried that.

Another way of doing the same thing is to rename the extension with as many
possibilities as come to mind-  I'd suggest
try  .jpg  .bmp  .doc  .txt   --even .swf and .wmv.  You never know your luck.
