Hi Marilyn,

This is done easily enough by selecting the selecting (highlighting) the
range of cells, then clicking Format -> Cells. In the diaglog box, select
the Border tab, and click on both the Outline and Inside presets. You can
even select the line style to use for the grid lines.

I have MS Excel 2003.  I want to print a spreadsheet with just the grid
lines on the whole page but with no data filled in.  I want to have
headlines above each column.  When I try to do this, the only grid lines
that appear on printing are around the headlines.  Is this possible?
