Hi guys and girls,

I have a question about outlook express.

I use win2k, OE 5.5 is my email program. The problem is, I recently changed a harddisk (to replace 2 smaller HDDs), so that I did rebuild my system, most of stuff I have backup on CDR, but I have a major problem that I want to transfer my email messages (from my old HDD) to the new HDD.

I know that I can forward them to myself, but there are too many of them, so that it is not a good idea. I did try copying inbox.dbx and related files to new HDD, but OE won't work with "old" inbox files (I know win9x will work, but I use win2k); I also tried to export message, but there is no option I can export messages to a files (OE told me that export to Outlook or MS exchange only).

Any solution for this problem?

TIA

Jun Qian
