On july 8th Robert Citkowitz wrote " 1) "program directory c:\C_Dilla\" was identified, with BD6FD000.DAT in the
older. What is it? Should I delete it?
2) Aside from privacy concerns about a site knowing which of their pages I
visit, are there any risks from the tracking cookies identified? "

I too had a similar problem and my investigations revealed that C-DILLA is the name of a company. for full details I would suggest you kindly browse the following web page.

http://www.macrovision.com/products/legacy_products/safecast/safecast_cdilla_faq.shtml

regarding your second question i will only say that i also use spybbot and have always deleted all identified "tracking cookies" and so far have not had any adverse effects by such deletions.

HTH and good luck. Venkat Viswanathan
