  My office appears to have been hit by a virus which is -- so far --
not recognized by our installed antivirus software.  We have not been
able to find a virus description anywhere that matches the symptoms
we see:

  When opening a document using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, you
  receive a dialog box indicating:

    Microsoft <product> can't import the specified format.
    This feature is not currently installed.  Would you like to
    install it now?

      Yes or No

  If you click on "Yes", it will destroy your file (set size to 0
  bytes) and maybe change the timestamp dates to 3/16 or 3/20.

Does anyone recognize this?  Or know of a product that recognizes and
cleans it?
