Hello! There is a file in your C:\windows folder (it's usually there)called
ShellIconCache which provides a quick place for Windows to find your basic
icons for screen redraws. Surprise, surprise: it gets corrupted sometimes.
To fix, delete ShellIconCache and reboot Windows: a new file is created
without the corruption. Hope this helps!
