There are a few things you can do. first, go into
Windows Tempoary Internet files and clean it out as
well as the cookies file. keep your recycle bin clean
and try one of the "cleaners" available for download
like wincleaner. Also you can obtain downloads for
extra DNS which helps. I have found the cleaner your
files the faster your system.
