I would think Adobe would have instructions like that on their site. <grin>

Maybe you could find a link and include that rather than use half your
space with instructions...  (People get bored seeing the same instructions
over and over...)

Seriously, you are sort of assuming EVERYONE has the Reader installed.
Not everyone does, and for them it is a real challenge to open that file,
(AND the reader is currently a HUGH download...)

Part of what you are saying is that you need instructions for every (and ANY)
e-mail program ever made, and ALL WEB mail interfaces...

Sorry, but I can think of no "killer answer", other than Click (or Double click)
on "the attachment"...
(See how even a simple phrase like that has two choices depending on the
OS and their settings... <grin>)
