Hmm. Seems that for full download MS throttles speed to
2Mb/s = 256kB/s . I have that speed (from server in UK)
My friend get same result from Sweden and he has 10Mb/s
ADSL2 (actually he get only 7MB/s). From others I also have
learned that they also get it about 13min. I know only one who
get speed about twice that.
