At the present I have Win98se on my computer and wish to upgrade
to ME. My problem is I have a full version of ME which will not
upgrade Win98 but needs a new install. Not wishing to lose all my
98 settings for all my programs can someone tell me if it is
possible to fool ME into making an upgrade over my existing Win98.
