Hi Michael - MS Outlook needs to be running until or even after the scheduled
send time to make sure it contacts your mail server. It has been my experience
that leaving Outlook running until about 5 or so minutes after the scheduled
send time is a good idea. Now if the message is to be sent several days into
the future, then certainly you should not leave your computer up but make sure
it is on before the send time and that Outlook is also up and running.
hth - Frank

How do you mean "Constantly On"? You mean leave my computer on for several
days? I don't understand.

Was Outlook constantly on to send the message?

I have Outlook 2003 (XP Home) and the feature to delay sending an e-mail
doesn't seem to work. I set it to "Not deliver before X time on X date, but
it just sits in my Outbox and never gets delivered. Maybe there's a setting
I'm missing?
