Ms. Karen Miller:

    Since you do not use frontpage express, then delete it from the control
panel. Once you are there (control panel), go to add/remove programs, then
Windows Setup. It should be under Internet Tools, unselect it, and click OK.
Also, even though it is pretty stupid advice, make sure you have Frontpage
(retail) installed correctly, and after you uninstall express, try
reinstalling Frontpage (retail) to refresh the associations.
