While there are a couple of ways to do that, (depending
on the Operating System you are using), it is better to
figure out "why" you want to do it and be sure of what
will happen when you do...

Other people have lots of trouble with the CD being "lost"
to games and other installed programs when the letter changes
and try to get it BACK to what it was...
(Not the other way around...)
