A better question is "How can I add any program to my Quick Launch".
Open the Program menu, locate the shortcut and drag it to the quick
launch bar. You could also Right-click, copy, paste, or Right-Click,
Drag to the QL bar, whereupon you'll be asked whether you want to "Copy"
or "Move".
You can use this technique to create shortcuts anywhere at all.
You might, for instance, want a shortcut to your image editing program
in "My Pictures".
