Lewis,
1. Click on start.
2. Then click settings.
3. Click Taskbar & Start Menu Tab.
4. From that point click the Start Menu Programs tab.
5. You will see a Documents menu near the bottom.
6. Now click on the Clear button to remove the Documents menu contents.
7. Note.. this will not remove anything from your true Documents folder.
