Demetri,

The file you are looking for is found in the Windows\system directory and is
called "Show Desktop".  To restore it to the Quick Launch toolbar you can
drag the file to the  Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch folder or just drag the program to the quick launch
toolbar.
