Anything in Windows or Windows/system is usually "not"
a good idea to get rid of, even if you could...
The ones you mention in "Options" are (basically) your
copies that "fool" the system into thinking you have (or do
not need) a Windows installation disk...
(I bet there is a good chance you do not have one...)
I would keep "everything" there too.
Based on the examples you gave, you have "nothing"
to get rid of...  Good luck hunting down other possibilities.
There are plenty of things that can be gotten rid of that are
the "only" copies... That is a broad subject for another question...
