By far the easiest editing program I've seen.
and it is fast cause  it doesn't re-encode the  video
It costs $50 but well worth the price
You can download a trial, I guarantee you will like it.
I use it to cut commercials from programming I rip from my dish PVR
and then burn to dvd.
