ERROR A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Yes or No are my
choices. Does anyone know what is causing this to happen or how to get rid of
it? I never follow up on the offer to debug because I am afraid it's some kind
of a trick. I know, I'm paranoid. Anyway, if anyone could advise me on this I
would greatly appreciate it.>>>

I would suggest you click in internet explorer >>> tools/internet options/advanced and check the box containing "Disable script debugging" and UNCHECK box containing "display a notification about every script error"
and then ok your way out.

the following microsoft KB article says installation of office 2003 results in this error but I do not know if your problem is because of this.
