I doubt it, ususlly, the resore disk will only let you restore the hard drive
to exactly the same configuration as when the computer was new. If you have
WIN98, I am pretty sure that it will let you pick the partition size when you
begin the install process. I did't catch the begining of this thread, but if
you just want to set up partitions on your hard drive, I would use a product
like Partition Magic. This program will let you do it on the fly and w/o
loosing your current information.
