If you still have your old Win3.x diskettes, you can use the EXTRACT
command to "pull" the card file program out of it's cabinet.  It will work
in any flavor of windows 9x.  (You may need to extract a DLL or two to go
with it.)

Sorry but I don't remember which cabinet it is in but the /D switch is the
equivalent of a DIR command and will list the contents of A cabinet (one
at a time).

Open a DOS window and type EXTRACT /? to see the syntax and all the
switches.
