Arthur,

A lot of what you can or can not do with a paste is determined/controlled
by where the information is coming  from.  In other words, what you are
copying will determine how you can paste it.

With that said, try fooling with the selections available in the PASTE
SPECIAL
option of the EDIT drop down menu.
