You can't, it is Excel sheets limited to 65 536 rows. AFAIK only
spreadsheet what can work with huge sheets is Quattro Pro 9
and newer. Sheets can be 1 million rows and 18 278 columns.

You probably must use database program.

I have a file with one million rows.  I can import 65,556 rows and that is the
limit for a page in Excel. How do I import the remainder files into Excel?
