when I boot my computer I get the following message:
tittled:CTFMON.EXE Bad immage
With the following mesage below :The application or DLL C:windows|system32\msctf.dll is not a valid window immage. Please check this with your installations diskette.
How do I do this since my pc came with preloaded operating system and I do not have the windows disk?

Also in outlook express I cannot access the html pages and can only access the pages by edit/copy from oe to edit/paste into explorer.
Is there any way to reload  outlook express files without reformating the disk?
My os is win xp professional
Any help would be highly appreciated
