ask your mom to click start/control panel/add remove programs.
on the lefthand pane there is an option " add/remove windows components"
ask her to click on that. if she scrolls through, she will get to outlook express. ask her to put a check mark in the box on the left of this item, and ok her way out.
she should (?) get back her outlook express.
what seems to have happened is that uninstalling "cloudmark" (without buying it after the trial period) has made it angry and it has removed OE by "unticking"!! . some of these trial progs. do such nasty things in such situations.
