Hi All: After booting up I find my desktop (everything)
HUGE! Icons...web pages....email...everything. When I right
click on desktop OR go to control panel Im getting a
message which says "Your system admisnistrator has disabled
the display panel". What the he-- is THAT supposed to mean?
The first time it happened I re-installed Windows and it
fixed everything but it just happened again. Please...does
anyone know whats going on and how to fix it for good?
