My Windows98se, FAT32, is 466 MB, with minimal items checked in
Add/Remove Programs. Are there some extraneous files that should be
deleted?

Is Windows Update Setup Files folder only for Internet Explorer? Can it
be deleted? When download update is this folder replaced anyway?
