I want to stop paying for my current POP subscription when it expires but I want to be able to retrieve  and save web based e-mail messages with outlook express (or even better the old "internet mail") so as to be able to work with my mail off-line. 
Is this possible?
What would the settings be to create a new account in my mail programme?
