I purchased software online and when I attempted to download it a connection log window pops up with information about the download, etc. but it ends with the following: "close. Unknown MIME type." The software publisher said 100 downloads a day occur with no problem so the problem is on my computer and I have no idea what to do. Thank you in advance for your help.
