A configuration error was detected in the CGI script; the SUB-TOP-BANNER template could not be found.

I posted the problem re: subject line:  Screen Resolution in WinMe.

The problem was finally solved by going through Device Manager / Monitor /
Properties /Driver / Update Driver / Search Microsoft Update.     New
drivers were there and were installed.   Resolution returned with the
ability to change resolutions.
