When I try to run IE I am getting a "Content Advisor" message which tells me that I am missing a setting on my content advisor.  I went in and checked and nothing has been changed.  I restarted my computer and get the same message.

I am able to access the internet using my Netscape browser, however, I can't access the internet using IE.  I also can't access my hotmail account through the MS Messenger service.  Any ideas?
