I respectfully disagree. Dr. W is an excellent diagnostic program.
Dr.Watson has been very good to me. Anyone getting Windows errors will be
well advised to use this program, whiich frequently and accurately pinpoints
the cause of such errors.

Sorry for stepping into the middle of this, but the file is probably
downloading
just fine.  The problem is that your ZIP file extension has somehow been
associated with the Dr. Watson utility that comes with windows.  (Dr. Watson
__rarely__ does anything of value - which is why most people have never
heard of it.)
