I have just purchased W98SE from a Computer Fair, its the
OEM edition (not upgrade)

Is it possible to install this version over W98 without any
conflicts ? is it necessary to use any W98SE setup switches
or delete any files first ?

I would like to keep my original settings if possible, I don't
want to reinstall programs, unless its absolutely necessary ?

Existing setup,

W98
IE 5.0
K6-2-500
Gigabyte GA-5AX
128mb
Seagate 8.3gb
