In order to get rid of unneeded files I've used a couple of programs, one
free,  Ccleaner, you can get it at http://www.ccleaner.com/, and another
trial ware, Wincleaner, you can try it free for 30 days, as I did, and if
satisfied with its performance you can keep it after paying a modest sum.
I've found that using these two programs helps to keep my computer running
at top speed unhindered by junk files that rapidly accumulate in regular
use, such as Web surfing, etc. Good luck,
