They each do something different.

ERUNT makes a backup of the registry.

NTREGOPT defragments the registry files (hives) (takes files that have been stored in many little pieces all over the place and puts the back together sequentially in one location so they will read faster - like defragging your hard drive).

CCLEANER finds and fixes registry errors or redundancies or invalid enties (such as pointers that no longer point to anything) and also "cleans" other windows files.

Eusing Free Registry Cleaner operates similarly to CCLEANER, except that is it more thorough and more specific - you can clean particular items one at a time, with a little more control.

There is also Eusing Free Internet Window Washer, to clean your internet trails.

These are all good, tried and true, utilities. I have used all of them for years.

I've installed ERUNT and notice it has a registry optimization tool. Do you
recommend using this one or CCLEANER?
