Joanne,
I also did an Internet search, including a couple virus sites, and found nothing. If you did a
search of your hard drive and could not find the file, then either it was deleted, or a program was
uninstalled but has left something behind. Here's something you can try - it may help.
(If you try this, make sure you copy either of these two files to another location *before* making
any changes-always good advice just in case.)
1. Open your WIN.INI file and, under the [windows] heading, see if QRUNQ.DLL is listed on one of
the first two lines (load= run=). If you see the QRUNQ.DLL file listed on either line, remove it
and save the changes. If it's not listed there...
2. Open your SYSTEM.INI file and, under the [boot] heading, see if the QRUNQ.DLL list there. If so
remove it and save the changes.
If it's not listed in either file, don't make any changes to them. One other place to look would be
the actual ".ini " file of the program itself (whatever the program name was - it may have left an
.ini file behind). Other than that, I don't know what else to suggest - let us know if this helps.

> I'm having a bit of trouble when I start my computer. I get a message saying that a QRUNQ.DLL
file was not found. I went to my win 98 cd to see if I could extract the file with no luck. I
went to the internet to search for it, and came up with nothing. Any suggestions on how I could
get rid of this message?
