Hello Mike,
This machine was donated to me about a year ago, since then I have replaced
everything but the 3.5 floppy drive. The case and power supply is about 1-1/2
months old and came as a set. I don't know what the rating is, but would be
happy to check if it is important. It seems like this problem happens most
anytime, but more noticeable when multi-tasking or in the middle of loading a
program, web site or booting up. I especially notice it when in the middle of a
letter, the other night I had to write the same letter 6 times....
