Hi Pattie,

This is probably a result of your OE security settings. To change these,
click on "Tools -> Options". Then click on the "Security" tab. Remove the
checkmark from "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus.". Click on "OK".

I would suggest that you have a good virus scanner if you get attachments
you need to open. Even knowing the sender isn't safe because they could be
infected and be sending virus emails without them knowing it.
