Gail,
I don't use them myself, but there are several shareware
programs that are the equivalent of the clipboard on
steriods. They allow multiple copies to a single "page"
which can then be saved or pasted or edited.
Even if it won't paste directly into Excel, you can save
the data as a text file and then IMPORT it.
If no one else on the list gives you a program name,
you could always go to one of the shareware sites
and search for CLIPBOARD.
