I found this in my Close Program list. I think it was added recently - don't remember seeing it before. It's in my System folder. When I close it, I don't notice any changes. In Startup I have Sony Vaio Action Setup, 3 Iomega items, and Palm Hotsync.

Does anyone know what it is, and do I need it?
