I'd be interested to know if such a thing exists myself...but in the
meantime, I found an easy way to 'convert' the .wbz files.
Use a 'screen capture' program while running webshots on your desktop.  Just
take a screen snapshot with a free program like Capture from AnalogX (which
can be found here http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system.htm ).
It is automatically saved as a bitmap.
