Following is a tip from the Dummies Daily tip program. To back up email addresses in Outlook Express:

1. Choose File + export address book.
2. In the Address Book Export Tool dialog box, click on text file and then on export.
3. In the CSV Export dialog box, specify a directory and drive for the file.
4. Click next.
5. Click next to the fields you want to export. ( We suggest checking them all).
6. Click on finish.

Repeat this process every week or so to add another layer of safety to your regular backup procedures.

I hope this helps.

Clarence
