Bill,

I am afraid TANSTAAFL (There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch). I know
of no free ISP's that do NOT have some form of advertising. How on earth
could they afford the service. I use a paid ISP, but I have two free
back-ups that I have found to have minimally obtrusive ads, FREE LANE from
Excite, and Alta Vista. Both have served me very well, even when my own
PAID ISP had difficulty, I was able to use them easily.
