Somehow, my daughter has gotten the trojan "nail.exe"  Can anyone help =

If you can still access the internet with your daughters PC, go to either
Trend Micros Housecall (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/) or Computer
Associates eTrust scannner
(http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx) to try and rid the
trojan using their scanning tools. If you are successful, you may want to
upgrade or invest in a good AV program. Avast seems to have good reviews and
there is a free version. (http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html)
