Hello! I have a client who is experiencing a frustrating scenario. The basic
machine (there are four) is a Dell 233-P2 on a NT 4.0 peer to peer network
(10BaseT) with a Zip drive (both parallel and SCSI/IDE versions) and
Internet connections. The problem is this. Randomly, when attempting to
print either a web page or just get a hard copy of an email, the blue screen
of death arrives in all its glory. 95% of the time, there is no problem;
it's just the other 5% that's so obnoxious. One of these machines is a
stand-alone, all have Zips, and all are printing to NEC SuperScript 860. Any
ideas? Thank you very much!
