Hello Travis. I use Nuts & Bolts 98 and I had the same problem. I think it
must be a bug in the program. Well to tell you the truth, I really didn't
have this problem until I downloaded an online update to update the program.
Then is when I noticed the problem you described. The only way I could get
rid of it was uninstall the program and then reinstall it again. After that
I just didn't bother to get any more of the online updates.
