Go into your BIOS and make sure your CD-ROM is a bootable device, that is enable boot from CD-ROM.

Then stick the first disc of your RH8.0 into your CD-ROM drive and reboot.

Yoursystem should then boot from the CD. From there on RH will offer you a number of choices
regarding installing including reoformating your HD. There iss a useful help panel on the left
alongside each dialog box. It is really quite straight forward provided you use a little common
sense.
