Have your aunt e-mail you and your mother.
Both of you try to reply to that message.
If the messages work, you have found, (at least),
that the return address in her headers is valid.
Save the message from your aunt in Juno as a text file.
Read it in a text editor to see what AOL thinks her
e-mail address is... (I hate "trying" to type in a new address.)
Look for lines something like:
Return-Path: [log in to unmask]>
Received: from [log in to unmask]
When you find her address in the headers of that message,
use copy and paste to get the address into your mom's e-mail
program... Seems like a lot of work I know...
I read a study once about how a lot of people make mistakes
when typing in an e-mail address the first time...

If none of the above works, delete the addressbook entry for
your aunt in Juno. I seem to remember that Juno is quite fussy
sometimes with the way it accepts addressbook entries.
Have your mom put in a new listing, using copy and paste from
above, and being very careful to fill in at least a first name
and the e-mail address line. Skip the "nickname" line for
now as I have a vague recollection about bad things concerning
that in older versions of their software...
It would have helped (slightly) if you stated which version of Juno
your mother was using. Hope this helps.
