I read a message several days ago that referenced disabling the Eudora
splash screen in eudora.ini (unfortunately, I blipped the message after
reading it -- then my brain went into overdrive about the issue, like a dog
with a stuffed toy, wouldn't let go).

On a whim, I opened eudora.ini and saw nothing that even vaguely seemed
like the syntax for splashscreen=0 -- maybe there's no syntax in the
existing ini, which means I could spin my chamber forever and never find
the live round.

Whoever posted the message, please send me the correct syntax, either on-
or off-line.

By the way, I'm using Eudora Pro ver. 3.0 (32) -- it's not a big issue, but
having a solution dangled for me for a minor irritation is like learning
about a really good anti-itch cream in mosquito country.

In advance, thank you,
Michael Heavener
