This sounds like it may be caused by a virus.  I checked the virus list in
MCAfee and there is a virus named Tempest but I could not find any
information on it on McAfee's Web site.  You could try getting an
anti-virus program, but without lack of information on it, I do not know if
the program could remove the virus.  Perhaps someone else has more
information on this virus.
